Do you need everlasting help today? I often find myself needing help. This help is often needed in the form of dishes, laundry, or other chores that come in overwhelming abundance. Do you every feel that way? Perhaps you need help in far greater areas than the inevitable mundane tasks of everyday life.
I need help in my life. I need the help that holds me up when I’m sinking in despair. This help never runs out! It provides refuge in times of joy and distress. I love how David writes that this help is “present.” God’s help is never far off and that is so comforting.
Do you find yourself needing everlasting help today? Try as we may in our strength to lift ourselves up from the depths of despair, we will only experience help for a mere moment. God gives us help and hope everlasting. He our refuge and strength. His help is present and near.
