We’ve been using Health Habit Trackers from American Coaching Academy as a tool for homeschool physical education. The Healthy Habit Trackers from American Coaching Academy helped us with consistency with things like daily movement. These trackers were helpful in establishing good habits throughout the summer and it was fun for my children to do. Here’s a bit about the product and how we used it over the past several weeks.
Physical Education Healthy Habit Trackers
I love the idea of using healthy habit trackers for both children and adults. Creating healthy habits is a lifelong practice and cultivates so many other essential habits and skills. Creating habits increases mental awareness, cognitive function, attentiveness, diligence, and so much more.
It’s hard to squeeze in physical education in a homeschool days, especially when you’re juggling numerous other projects, appointments, and more. However, it’s important to remember that physical education is essential for health and wellness. We loved using these colorful and creative trackers for motivation in creating habits.
How We Used Them In Our Routines
My daughter (9th grade) loved using these trackers as an incentive to keep herself focused in her off-season ballet training. She still needed to find time and motivation for strength and stretching, so these were helpful to her. My son (1st grade) also had fun stretching and modeling yoga positions while his sister was going them too.
Our Habit Tracker Experience
Overall, we found these habit trackers very helpful. My children loved using these and checking off all the boxes as they finished their daily tasks. These trackers were very helpful in keeping up with physical education and maintaining health.
